To avoid trashing their local computers i decided to use linux containers, to separate their desktop computer and development environment.

1395671150 M * BlackPanx if anyone was interested how i did it... i used socat to bind unix socket of local X11 to an ip, then i set" export DISPLAY=localip:0" in vserver guest , then executed gui program to make it connect directly to my host's X server. That way i can remove ssh overhead, make app responsive as it was run directly on host and at the same time app is started from container that has all dev tools needed.
