Well... the desktop is at least; the server's patched with vserver. But it's strange that it's showing up in both.

You know how if you hold down the mouse button on a GtkSpinButton it will scroll continuously? Well, if "the problem is presently occurring" then it scrolls about 3 notches per second. If it's not occurring, it scrolls some 50 notches per second.
